Häsi Bread brings wild fermented sourdough bread to our market. Their breads are mixed with turmeric and butterfly pea flower for beauty and added health benefits. All of their breads are fermented extra long for an amazing taste and easy digestibility. They freshly mill their own artisan grains. Owner Matias (his friends call him Häsi, pronounced Hay-zee) is California born but traces his bread making back to training he received in Austria.
